Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our friendly preschool team.

The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for our children, staff, and visitors.

Duties

• Cleaning classrooms, toilets, and communal areas
• Hoovering, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Dusting and sanitising surfaces
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
• Replenishing cleaning supplies as required
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the setting
• Deep cleans of the carpets and other floors

We are looking for someone who:

• Is dependable, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work
• Has good attention to detail
• Can work independently and efficiently
• Has previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
• Understands the importance of hygiene within a childcare environment

As an early years setting, safeguarding is our highest priority. The successful applicant will be subject to satisfactory references and appropriate safeguarding checks.
