Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial space, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively
• Use appropriate cleaning detergents and supplies while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, pantry, and common areas with attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific needs and preferences for janitorial services

Experience

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management is preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, floor care techniques, and sanitation procedures is highly desirable
• Experience in outdoor work environments or outdoor cleaning tasks is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple sites
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual handling tasks without injury
• Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns effectively

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
