What You'll Do

• Provide Sanctuary Cleans (regular maintenance), Deep Sanctuary Cleans, and Fresh Start Cleans (move-in/move-out) for residential clients
• Deliver a consistent, high-standard clean every visit — nothing overlooked
• Represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and reliability in clients' homes

What We're Looking For

• Some prior cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Able to work independently and manage your time on-site
• Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license (required for travel between client

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness of designated areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleaning protocols

Qualifications

• Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Must have a VALID Canadian Drivers License
• Must have a vehicle to commute to and from job sites and transport supplies

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
