Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain hygiene by sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
• Assist with laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently and responsibly.
• Organize supplies and stock cleaning materials to ensure availability at all times.
• Ensure properties are presented to an excellent standard

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, colleagues, and visitors.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using basic IT tools for record keeping and scheduling.
• Leadership qualities to work independently or guide others when necessary.
• Fluent in English to ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
