Cleaner

CALLING AT NEAK FREAKS! COME TURN YOUR OBSESSION INTO A PAYCHECK!

Want to work somewhere you actually enjoy? At Little Lemon, we do things differently. We’re a super chill, low-waste, totally eco-friendly cleaning crew that actually has fun. We use products from local BC women-owned businesses and partner with our local refillery because we give a damn about the planet. We're really huge on the planet stuff.

We’re looking for 1–2 more awesome humans to join us!

(note - this role is a permanent position, we are not looking for temp workers at this time)

The Sweet Deets:

• The Pay: $22.50 – $25.00/hr (with room to grow as we see your skills).
• The Vibe: Listen to all the podcasts, music, or audiobooks you want while you work.
• The Schedule: Part-time(ish) (10–30 hrs/week). Usually between 9 AM – 3 PM (ish), but cleaning is flexible and every day is different. We’ll work with you to build your ideal schedule (starting slow and scaling up). - no evening work at this time.
• The Earth: We’re obsessed with sustainability and health. If you love the environment and care about people and animals, you’ll fit right in. <- This is an important asset for us.

What You Need:

• A reliable vehicle(and the confidence to drive it in all BC weather).
• A clean criminal record check & legal status to work in Canada.
• A chill, flexible attitude as we build up your hours.
• The ability to bend, lift, carry vacuums and supplies, be on your feet for long periods, and oiled up shoulders for all the buffing and shining you will be doing!
• Major attention to detail skills and a strong team player attitude.

The "Did You Read This?" Quiz: (if you apply on here, you WON'T hear back from us).

We’re big on attention to detail. Instead of the standard "Apply" button, please email [email protected] with a fun, human blurb about yourself.

Pro-tip: Don't use ChatGPT! Tell us what’s on your current playlist, your favorite hobby, or why you’re passionate about the planet. We want to see the real you, not a robot.

Join us and let’s make work suck less together!
