Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial spaces.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning tasks as needed.
• Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are well-kept and functional.
• Provide custodial services that meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
• Assist with heavy lifting of equipment or materials as required during cleaning operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adherence to company policies and cleaning standards

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience or commercial cleaning background is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance activities is a plus.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts.
