Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
• Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal in accordance with health and safety guidelines
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are fully equipped at all times
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are maintained consistently and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
• Use commercial cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required to uphold cleanliness standards

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment, cleaning chemicals, and safety procedures is advantageous
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail while following established procedures
• Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
• Good communication skills to report issues clearly and collaborate effectively with team members
