Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a great attitude. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting while developing valuable skills in facilities maintenance and customer service.

We are hiring for multiple locations across Vancouver island

Pay starts at $25 to $30 depending on position (Residential, Airbnb, Commercial cleaner as well as experience)

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and vacation homes, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchen, etc using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Working safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated hours
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and promptly

Skills

• Experience with custodial, residential or vacation home cleaning is preferred
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
• Customer service orientation with a professional attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
