Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various Residential, commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe and hygienic environment while supporting the overall operations of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Maintain sanitation of floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
• Follow established safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Assist with basic facilities maintenance as needed to support ongoing operations

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic maintenance procedures is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Excellent time management skills and reliability in completing assigned duties efficiently

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
