Night Shift Cleaner - Local Council

$34.54/hr + penalties | 2:30AM-8:30AM | 3-5 shifts per week | Ongoing work

Spinifex Recruiting is looking for reliable, hardworking Cleaners to join the Tweed Shire Council cleaning team in Murwillumbah.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes early starts, wants consistent hours and enjoys having the rest of their day completely free.

✔ 2:30AM start - 8:30AM finish
✔ $34.54 per hour + early morning penalties
✔ From 3 shifts per week | 18-30 hours
✔ Ongoing, consistent work

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll be part of the team keeping Tweed Shire Council facilities clean, safe and presentable.

Your duties may include:

Cleaning offices, amenities, leisure facilities and Council depots

• Cleaning offices, amenities, leisure facilities and Council depots
• General cleaning and maintenance of facilities
• Working as part of a small and friendly team
• Following Council cleaning, safety and hygiene procedures
• Making sure everything is looking its best before the rest of the team arrives

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual - 2:30AM starts are non-negotiable
• Physically fit and happy to be on your feet
• Experienced in cleaning or has good transferable hands-on skills
• Attention to detail and takes pride in their work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Holds a valid driver's licence and has reliable transport
• Has full working rights in Australia

❗ Please note: We cannot consider applicants on Working Holiday Visas for this position.
