The Booms Lifecare at Thames, Waikato |  Part-time available I Hours 28 I  7:30 - 14:00, 4 days on, 4 days off

The Booms Lifecare,in 604 Parawai Rd Thames,Waikato, 3500, part of the New Zealand Aged Care Services (NZACS) group, is looking for a thorough, reliable Cleaner to help keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors.

About the role

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to a high standard, following facility cleaning schedules.

• Follow infection prevention and control procedures at all times, including correct handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Report any maintenance issues or resident concerns noticed while cleaning.

• Restock supplies such as hand sanitiser, soap, and paper products as needed.

• Treat residents and their belongings with care and respect at all times.

About you

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a healthcare or hospitality setting, is an advantage.

• A thorough, conscientious approach and good attention to detail.

• A friendly, respectful manner around residents.

• Reliability and the ability to work independently.
