We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time, term-time Cleaner to join our warm and welcoming primary school. Griffin Park Primary School and Nursery is uniquely situated by a public park, approximately one and a half miles from the town centre of Blackburn.

No experience is required as we are keen to invest in your training/development. Equipment and products will be provided by the school.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post.

Duties include:

• Cleaning of classrooms, corridors, hall and toilets
• Buffing of the hall floor
• Sanitising and disinfecting surfaces to prevent the spread of germs
• Emptying bins and disposal of waste appropriately
• Restock of supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
