• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen surroundings, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces regularly.
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure waste bins are emptied on schedule.
• Clean restaurant equipment, furniture, and work areas as assigned.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Support kitchen and service staff with basic non-cooking tasks when required.
• Ensure cleanliness standards comply with health and safety regulations.
