Lilas Clean Corp is seeking professional Independent Contractors (1099) to provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services in Antioch, IL, Kenosha, WI, and surrounding areas. We value reliable partners who can deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

We are looking for established or aspiring cleaning professionals to partner with our brand. For those who demonstrate exceptional reliability and quality, there are opportunities to act as a Lead Contractor, helping coordinate larger projects and multi-person service calls.

Requirements for Partnership

• Equipment & Transport: Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to service locations.
• Business Status: Must operate as an Independent Contractor (1099).
• Reliability: Proven ability to meet service deadlines and maintain proactive communication.
• Skillset: Ability to handle high-traffic environments and pet-friendly homes efficiently.
• Service Area: Must be able to provide services in the Antioch, IL, or Kenosha, WI regions.

Scope of Work

• Provide professional cleaning services based on client-specific needs.
• Ensure all work meets the brand's quality standards for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain independence in managing your own cleaning methods while staying within the general scope of the requested service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per week
