Cleaner

We are seeking an experienced cleaner for early mornings, currently 6-8am.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

• Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details while cleaning.
• Time management: Efficiently complete tasks within the given time frame.
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Communication skills: Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules or tasks.
• Reliability: Consistently show up on time and complete assigned duties.
• Availability: From 7am for two hours daily, Tuesday to Friday (to include Mondays in the summer months)

Note: Previous experience as a cleaner is preferred.
