Job Summary

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal in designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas according to established standards
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Follow health and safety regulations to prevent hazards and ensure a safe working environment
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning duties to management
• Adhere to company policies on cleaning procedures and confidentiality

Requirements

• Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Reliable with good time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
