Cleaner / General Assistant

Natrium Coral Cove is Vivacity Property’s newest over‑55s lifestyle community, set on the coast just 20 minutes from Bundaberg. As the community grows, our display homes, clubhouse and gardens are the first thing prospective residents see – and we want them looking their best every day.

We’re looking for a reliable Cleaner / General Assistant to keep our display homes, sales office and surrounding gardens spotless, welcoming and presentation‑ready.

The role

• 8 hours per week, split across 2 days (days and times flexible by agreement)

• Cleaning the display homes and sales office to a presentation standard – floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, windows and glass

• Keeping the gardens and outdoor areas tidy, including blowing leaves and paths, light weeding and general upkeep

• Spotting and reporting anything that needs attention – a mark on a wall, a plant that needs replacing, a light that’s out

• Occasional general assistance around the community as required

About you

• An eye for detail – you notice the things other people walk past
• You take pride in your work and in leaving a space better than you found it
• Reliable and self‑motivated; comfortable working independently and managing your own time
• Physically capable of cleaning, garden and outdoor work
• Previous cleaning, housekeeping or grounds experience is an advantage but not essential
• Current driver’s licence and own transport
