Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail oriented Cleaner / Janitorial Workers to join our facilities maintenance team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

You will help maintain clean, safe, and sanitary commercial or residential facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety procedures, and performs cleaning duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and polish surfaces.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment, including floor buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
• Use cleaning chemicals and disinfectants safely.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Move supplies, furniture, and equipment using safe lifting practices.
• Follow workplace safety and sanitation requirements.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards.
• Respond to facility related concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, sanitation standards, and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals and commercial custodial equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Compensation

• $24.40–$40.00 per hour
• Final pay depends on experience, qualifications, assigned responsibilities, and work location.
