Cleaner Janitorial Worker

We have openings for candidates to show initiative and work to the best of their ability.

Previous experience is preferred. Having your own working vehicle is a requirement. Having verifiable references is a requirement.

Responsibilities will be as follows...

• Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc).
• Perform routine paper product refilling.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks.
• Notify WOTC management of ongoing deficiencies or needs.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
• Follow checklist and all health and safety regulations.

Skills

• Proven working experience in this field.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to work with a team or independently.
• Previous powerwashing or floor experience is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
