Job Overview
We’re a growing local cleaning company looking for a dependable Cleaning Team Lead who takes pride in their work and can confidently handle cleanings with little to no supervision.

This role is for someone who is Reliable. Experience not preferred but not necessary for the right person.

You also will need to comfortably drive to the Southington, Torrington, Bristol, Berlin, areas.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example on residential and commercial cleaning jobs
• Perform high-quality cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc.)
• Work independently and manage your time efficiently
• Maintain consistent quality across every job
• Communicate clearly with the owner regarding job updates
• Assist in training new team members when needed (no managing required)

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation (required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without constant direction
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work mornings, 2 days starting at 6am
• Showing up on agreed up shift

Schedule

• Part-time: 15-up to 20 hours per week
• Mix of residential & commercial jobs
• Consistent weekly schedule

Pay

• (based on experience & performance)
• Mileage reimbursement

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
