Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness all times
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all assigned areas are addressed promptly and effectively
• Use janitorial equipment safely and correctly, including vacuum cleaners, mops, buffers, and cleaning chemicals
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the directors promptly
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures related to chemical use and equipment handling
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
