Duties

• Perform commercial cleaning duties across various areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
• Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively to complete cleaning tasks efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are met consistently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment safety protocols is advantageous
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures

The hours are Monday to Friday 16:30 to 18:30

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week
