Cleaner (part-time)

Sparkling Stays is a growing local cleaning business, and we are looking for reliable, efficiency, and attention to detail cleaners to join our supportive team

Duties

• You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation across a variety of properties, including:
• Domestic homes
• HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation)
• Commercial premises
• Holiday lets & Airbnb properties
• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and changing beds, cleaning glass surfaces and mirrors. and sanitize surfaces to promote a healthy environment emptying bins.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards, damage, breakages to management promptly.
• Maintain a tidy workspace during and after cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency and professionalism**.**
• Photo Proofing: Submitting clear photo evidence of completed cleans to your supervisor for customer reassurance.
• Experience
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines
• Reliable with excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently

• Flexible Shifts: Short cleans ranging from 2 to 3 hours per day, primarily Monday to Friday.
• Weekend Work: weekend hours more at busy period.
• Travel: Open to both drivers and non-drivers who are happy to make there own way to the cleans.

Requirements

High attention to detail and pride in your work.

Strong reliability and clear communication skills.

A smartphone capable of taking and sending photos.

A basic DBS check (or willingness to obtain one upon joining).

Pay: £9.00-£14.00 per hour
