Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain restrooms by cleaning fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met consistently.
• Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
• Conduct periodic inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure environment for all occupants.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all areas.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of janitorial equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygienic environments.
• Good communication skills and reliability are essential for success in this role.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift.
