Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
• Maintain high standards of hygiene by sanitizing surfaces, trash removal, and restocking supplies as needed
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are consistently maintained to the highest standards
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management for prompt resolution
• Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively, ensuring proper handling and storage after use
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals used in professional environments is advantageous
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
