Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned portfolio of properties. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively.
• Follow health and safety and COSHH guidelines at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

What we are looking for

• Local to RG12 area
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to report on tasks completed and address any client concerns.
• Ability to work independently with good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

What We Offer:

• Pay at National Living Wage (NLW).
• Regular hours: 1 hour 15mins daily, Mon–Fri. (6pm to 7:15pm)
