Cleaner - Reading & Berkshire

£13-£20 per hour, depending on experience and type of clean | Flexible hours | Full-time, part-time & self-employed roles available

Join a growing cleaning and grounds maintenance company covering Reading and the wider Berkshire area. We're looking for experienced cleaners who take pride in their work, whether you want steady part-time hours around other commitments, full-time work with room to grow, or extra jobs alongside your own round.

Pay & benefits:

• £13-£20 per hour, depending on experience and type of clean (standard cleans through to specialist work like end of tenancy, builders, carpet, and Airbnb turnovers)
• Opportunity to earn more with a supervisor uplift when leading a team
• Flexible, rota-based hours to fit around your life
• 28 days holiday for permanent staff (incl. public holidays)
• Chance to grow into a supervisor or trainer role

What you'll do:

• Clean commercial sites including schools, universities, and offices, plus specialist jobs like end of tenancy and Airbnb turnovers, so no two days are quite the same
• Work solo or as part of a small, supportive team
• Follow site-specific requirements and health & safety procedures to a high standard

What we're looking for:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, hardworking
• Own transport an advantage for covering multiple sites
• Right to work in the UK
