Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in commercial environments, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas according to established standards.
• Handle waste disposal efficiently and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to maximize results.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure workspace.
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently to create a hazard-free environment.
• Support team members with additional cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning activities throughout the shift.
