Cleaner/Driver

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-focused Airbnb / Short-Let Cleaner to join our cleaning team in Nottingham.

You will be responsible for ensuring our Airbnb and short-let properties are cleaned and prepared to a high standard between guest stays.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and preparing Airbnb and short-let properties between guest stays
• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas to a high standard
• Changing bed linen and towels
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and general cleaning
• Ensuring properties are clean, tidy and guest-ready
• Reporting any damages, maintenance issues or missing items
• Restocking guest supplies when required
• Following cleaning checklists and company standards
• Taking photos of completed work when required

Working Hours

The usual working hours are:

Monday to Friday: 10am–3pm

You will also be required to work one day at the weekend when needed. The weekend day will vary from week to week depending on bookings and guest check-outs (sometimes there aren't any!)

There may be some flexibility around the exact hours within the 10am–3pm window, depending on property bookings.

Essential Requirements

You must:

• Have a full UK driving licence
• Have your own reliable vehicle and access to it for work
• Be able to travel between properties across Nottingham and surrounding areas
• Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be able to work independently
• Take pride in delivering a high standard of cleaning
• Have good communication skills
• Be available Monday–Friday between 10am and 3pm
• Be willing to work one weekend day when required

Previous experience cleaning Airbnb properties, holiday lets, hotels, serviced apartments or similar is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided for the right person.

Attention to detail is particularly important. Our cleaners are responsible for making sure every property is presented to a high standard for incoming guests.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16.0 per week
