Cleaner/Housekeeping

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cleaner to join our wellness team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal across all areas of our luxury spa. Because our clients visit to relax and rejuvenate, your meticulous attention to detail ensures a welcoming, sanitized, and peaceful oasis.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Sanitization & Deep Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors across all treatment rooms, reception, and staff areas.
• Treatment Room Turnover: Disinfect and wipe down massage tables, countertops, and equipment between client sessions.
• Laundry Management: Neatly fold used towels, linens, robes, and uniforms. Restock clean linens in treatment rooms and locker areas.
• Inventory Control: Monitor cleaning products, bathroom consumables (soap, toilet paper, towels), and professional hygiene supplies. Report low stock levels to the Staff.
• Waste Removal: Empty all trash, recycling, and hazardous bins safely and discreetly, replacing liners regularly.
• Facility Care: Inspect the facility continuously for minor maintenance issues, water leaks, or broken fixtures, reporting them immediately to management.

Requirements & Profile

• Experience: Proven experience as a commercial cleaner, housekeeper, or janitor, preferably within a spa, luxury hotel, gym, or medical clinic.
• Stamina: Physically fit and capable of standing, bending, lifting laundry baskets, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Schedule Flexibility: Able to consistently commit to a 6-day work week (which will include weekends and evening shifts depending on peak spa hours).
• Discretion & Professionalism: Maintain a quiet, friendly, and respectful demeanor around clients enjoying peaceful treatments.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
