Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly in designated containers and areas
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues requiring escalation
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
• Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any damages or safety hazards promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable with a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods as required by the job
