JOB SUMMARY: Are you looking to make some extra income without compromising too much of your time? this opportunity might be for you. Looking for a cleaner for a condominium in Washington DC. The cleaner will be responsible for cleaning the common areas of the building. No Bathrooms. You will work alone/independently and will report directly to supervisor. This job is Monday through Friday 2 hours per day for a total of 10 hours per week. This is a morning shift. if you cant work mornings please don't apply. References are a must and must pass background check.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and maintain janitor/storage closet in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Maintain all equipment and supplies so they are clean and in a safe and operable condition.
• Sweep entryway inside and out, dust and remove cobwebs, remove fingerprints and soil from doors and glass, vacuum mats, mop floors.
• Clean all public areas including lobby, reception area, elevators and stairwells.
• Empty all trash cans, replace liners and clean receptacles as needed.
• Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floor surfaces.
• Clean up spills on floors and carpets as necessary
• Perform other duties as requested or required by management.
• Moderate physical activities, which may include pulling, pushing, lifting, reaching, bending and repetitive movements.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.50 per hour

Schedule: 2 hours per day

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate to Washington DC

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Experience:

• Cleaning: 2 years (Preferred)
