About the role

Advanced Facility Care is looking for a reliable and hardworking Commercial Cleaner to join our cleaning team in Auckland CBD. This is a permanent part-time positions primarily Monday to Friday.

Living wage pay rate- $29.90 per hour

2x roles

Cleaner 1- Afternoon shift (12.30 pm to 2pm)- 7.5 hours per week

Cleaner 2- Evening shift (7pm to 10pm)- 15 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Clean commercial offices, facilities and assigned premises.
• Clean and sanitise toilets, staff areas and common areas.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean kitchens, staff rooms and other designated areas.
• dishwasher- make sure dishes washed and put them away
• Carry out carpet and other cleaning tasks as required.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete assigned duties within required timeframes.
• Safely use cleaning products, equipment and chemicals.
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

About you

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably commercial cleaning.
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning products and equipment.
• Good communication skills.

Pay: Up to $29.90 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 – 15.0 per week
