Cleaning & Facility Support

Position Summary

The Cleaning & Facility Support position is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming facilities for our drone company and event venue. This position helps ensure office spaces, customer areas, and event spaces are clean, stocked, and ready for daily operations and scheduled events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and customer-facing spaces.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean surfaces as needed.
• Clean interior windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners.
• Clean and restock restrooms and other supply areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated office and customer areas.
• Prepare and clean venue spaces before and after events.
• Clean tables, chairs, floors, restrooms, and other venue areas following events.
• Assist with light setup or reset of venue spaces as needed.
• Monitor cleaning and paper supplies and notify management when items need reordered.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or facility concerns.
• Follow proper procedures for cleaning products, equipment, and waste disposal.
• Complete periodic deep-cleaning projects as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage time and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Ability to safely use standard cleaning products and equipment.
• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate basic cleaning equipment.

Schedule

Part-time schedule based on facility and event needs.

Expectations

The individual in this position is expected to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, take initiative in identifying areas needing attention, and help create a professional and welcoming environment for employees, customers, guests, and event attendees.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 10.0 per week

Work Location: In person
