Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning and General Labor Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our cars and facilities/house safe, spotless, and running smoothly! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various environments, performing manual labor tasks, and supporting operational needs with enthusiasm and professionalism. Whether working indoors or outdoors, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, house and lawn care spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques, including pressure washing and duct cleaning.
• Use hand tools and industrial cleaning supplies to scrub, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Operate ladders safely for tasks such as ceiling or high-area cleaning and perform outdoor work including pressure washing building exteriors.
• Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of materials or equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and safety glasses during all cleaning activities.
• Support safety measures by using fire extinguishers correctly in emergency situations and following strict safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with general labor tasks such as moving supplies, setting up equipment, or preparing work areas to facilitate ongoing maintenance or cleaning projects.
• Maintain detailed records of completed tasks, safety inspections, and equipment usage to ensure compliance with company policies.
• communicating with guest and perform check in ad check out activities for our turo guests
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally during outdoor or on-site work assignments.
• Drive cars to and from shops or other places
• Experience
• Prior experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, floor buffing machines, and hand tools is advantageous.
• Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions enhances your ability to perform outdoor work efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to manual handling, ladder use, fire extinguisher operation, and PPE adherence is highly valued.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and precision.
• Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards across different environments.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety compliance and efficient task completion.
