Touched with Elegance LLC is hiring a dependable Cleaning & Organizing Assistant who is ready to learn. We provide residential and commercial cleaning, apartment turnovers, and home organizing services.

You’ll begin by working alongside the owner or an experienced team member, learning our cleaning methods, safe product use, and quality standards.

Pay and hours

• Paid training starts at $17 per hour. Opportunity to increase to $18 per hour after successfully completing training and demonstrating consistent quality, reliability, and the ability to follow our procedures. Part-time hours depend on scheduled client work and are not guaranteed. Most work takes place on weekdays, with occasional evening or weekend opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and other assigned areas. Dust and wipe surfaces, vacuum, mop, and empty trash. Help with deep cleaning and apartment move-in/move-out cleaning, including appliances, cabinets, baseboards, and window sills as assigned. Assist with sorting, decluttering, organizing, and packing when included in the client’s service. Follow job checklists and complete a final quality check. Handle client belongings carefully and respect their privacy. Report damage, concerns, or supply needs promptly. Clean and put away equipment and supplies after each job.

What we’re looking for

• Someone dependable, punctual, respectful, and willing to learn. Attention to detail and a willingness to accept feedback. Ability to follow instructions and work with a team. Reliable transportation to assigned client locations. Travel distances vary. A phone for scheduling and work communication. Ability to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, walking, bending, reaching, scrubbing, and carrying supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Some properties require more detailed cleaning than others. Applicants should be comfortable cleaning toilets, removing grease and buildup, and working in homes with clutter or pets.

You do not need previous professional cleaning experience. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to develop their skills.
