Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Assistant to provide residential cleaning services. The ideal candidate will ensure that clients' homes are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks in private residences, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean windows and surfaces as needed.
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Organize and tidy up rooms, ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely.
• Follow specific client instructions regarding cleaning preferences or special requests.
• Maintain a professional attitude while respecting clients' privacy and property.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting supplies or equipment.
• Respectful attitude towards clients’ privacy and property.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and use cleaning products responsibly.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
