Cleaning Assistant (Paid Training Provided)

B Clean Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable Cleaning Assistant to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced cleaners while learning B Clean's residential, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, and commercial cleaning systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys cleaning, is dependable, and wants to grow with a professional cleaning company.

As you gain experience and demonstrate reliability, you'll have opportunities to transition into independent cleaning assignments with increased responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, and commercial cleaning assignments.
• Learn B Clean's cleaning methods, checklists, and quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism while working in clients' homes and businesses.
• Work efficiently as part of a team.
• Deliver detailed, high-quality cleaning services.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Available Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
• Must be willing to travel to Chicago's North Side and nearby northern suburbs for scheduled cleaning assignments.

Schedule

• Most cleaning appointments begin between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
• Most assignments last 2–4 hours.
• Hours will vary based on client bookings.
