Job Summary
As a Cleaning Associate, you’ll be helping people feel good in their homes again. Your role is hands-on and important, bringing peace, order, and sparkle to our clients’ spaces. No two days are exactly the same, and hours can vary week to week, but what stays consistent is our commitment to quality and care.

Duties

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and organizing with intention and thoroughness
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces
• Handling each client’s space with care and confidentiality
• Restocking supplies and keeping your tools sanitized and ready
• Communicating clearly and respectfully with clients and teammates
• Reporting any issues or concerns in a home that need attention
• Working solo or with a buddy, depending on the job

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is reliable, honest, and shows up with a good attitude
• Notices the little things and takes pride in doing a job well
• Has previous cleaning experience (a plus, but we’ll train the right person)
• Has reliable transportation and can manage their time well
• Is comfortable with flexibility as schedules may shift based on client needs
• Wants to work in a team that values mutual respect, growth, and helping others

• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
