Executive Stars Corporation is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Associates to join our growing team. As a Cleaning Associate, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for our commercial clients.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $600 per month
New-Hire Sign-On Bonus: $200

Schedule: Flexible, task-based scheduling.

Once your assigned cleaning duties for the shift are completed properly and meet company standards, you are free to leave. Employees must be available to work at multiple commercial locations as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean floors, surfaces, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and remove trash according to established cleaning standards.
• Properly use and maintain commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow all chemical handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Practice safe lifting and handling techniques when moving supplies or equipment.
• Perform occasional light facilities-maintenance duties, including minor touch-ups or painting when needed.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in clean, safe, working condition.
• Report equipment problems, supply shortages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly.
• Respond professionally to client requests and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Travel between multiple assigned commercial locations as needed.
• Complete all assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial cleaning procedures and sanitation standards.
• Comfortable using vacuums, mops, and other commercial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning products and follow chemical-safety procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel between assigned commercial locations.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Previous commercial facilities-maintenance experience is a plus.
