About the Opportunity

Brisky Mop Cleaning Co., LLC is urgently seeking reliable, experienced Cleaning Contractors for an apartment cleaning opportunity in Cordova this Saturday, August 29.

We are looking to quickly identify dependable cleaning professionals who are available this Saturday and able to provide professional, detailed apartment cleaning services.

This opportunity may also lead to additional residential and commercial cleaning assignments for contractors who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and quality workmanship.

What You'll Do

Contractors may be responsible for apartment cleaning and turnover services, including:

• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Cleaning appliances, fixtures, and other assigned areas
• Removing trash and debris
• Completing detailed cleaning and final touch-ups
• Following job-specific instructions and cleaning standards
• Completing assigned work within the scheduled timeframe
• Reporting damages, maintenance concerns, or special cleaning requirements
• Taking before-and-after photos when requested

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
• Apartment and residential experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Smartphone with camera
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication and customer service
• Dependable, punctual, and responsive
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Willingness to complete a background check if required

Contractor Equipment

Contractors should have their own basic professional cleaning equipment and supplies, including:

• Vacuum
• Mop and bucket
• Microfiber cloths
• Cleaning chemicals
• Basic cleaning tools
• Protective gloves and appropriate PPE
