Cleaning Contractor

Cleaned By Vee is looking for reliable, professional cleaning contractors to support our growing residential and multifamily cleaning operations throughout the Raleigh-Durham area.

This is an independent contractor position with flexible scheduling. Hours are not guaranteed. However, contractors who consistently demonstrate reliability, availability, professionalism, and quality work will receive priority for available assignments and may have opportunities to transition into part-time or full-time roles as the company grows.

How you communicate during onboarding is one of the first ways we evaluate your reliability, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.

Pay

• $23/hour base cleaning rate
• $25/hour for approved last-minute cleaning assignments
• Mileage allowance between cleaning locations when applicable
• Weekly pay every Friday morning

Responsibilities

• Complete residential and multifamily cleaning assignments.
• Follow Cleaned By Vee and property-specific cleaning standards.
• Maintain professional communication with management and clients.
• Arrive on time and complete assignments thoroughly.
• Immediately report property, access, maintenance, or cleaning concerns.
• Follow assignment instructions and cleaning checklists.
• Maintain professional conduct while representing Cleaned By Vee.

Scheduling & Time Tracking

• Cleaning assignments are managed through our scheduling app.
• Contractors are responsible for keeping their availability accurate and updated.
• All cleaning hours must be recorded by clocking in and out through the scheduling app.
• Schedules and weekly hours vary based on business needs and available assignments.
• Contractors with greater availability and consistent reliability may receive priority for assignments.
• Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
