Cleaning Crew

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated 1099 Subcontractor who is an independent cleaner or has their own small cleaning team or LLC. We have a Great opportunity in the New Cumberland area. This is a 5 day a week cleaning opportunity. The ideal candidate must be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within our facilities and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
• Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
• Ability to maintain facilities to high standards of cleanliness
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is a plus
