This is a after hours cleaning job cleaning offices. Start time is about 5:00PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

• Attention to detail: Ability to notice areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Time management: Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Physical stamina: Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Reliability: Dependable in attendance and punctuality, ensuring consistent performance of duties.
• Experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Must be able to life 25 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
