Cleaning Crew Member

Job Overview

Our property management company is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented person to clean and maintain the common areas of our apartment complexes.

JOB DUTIES:

• Clean and maintain apartment building hallways
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean stairways, entryways, and common areas
• Clean laundry rooms and other shared areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down doors, handrails, windowsills, and other surfaces
• Remove cobwebs and debris
• Keep entrances and common areas neat and presentable
• Report maintenance problems, damage, leaks, or safety concerns to management
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Other light cleaning duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must take pride in your work
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to bend, stand, walk, climb stairs, and perform physical cleaning duties
• Reliable transportation is preferred if traveling between properties is required
• Must be respectful and professional when interacting with residents

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
