Cleaning Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations
• Assign tasks and monitor staff performance
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Train and guide cleaning staff
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Report operational issues to management
• Certification in cleaning, hygiene, or facility management is a plus
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cleaning services
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
• Physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
