Cleaning, Grounds Keeping & Maintenance

This position is full time, Monday - Friday, 8-5, with two 15 minute breaks and a 1 hour long lunch.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Job Summary: The Maintenance Helper works independently to assist in the upkeep of the manufacturing facility. All activities shall be conducted in a manner consistent with Company policy, including Company Health, Safety and Environmental rules and regulations.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining cleanliness of building including sweeping, mopping, window washing, recycling and garbage collection, restroom, office, and break room cleaning.
2. Assisting Maintenance Manager in preventative maintenance and repairing of process equipment.
3. Painting and rust abatement, neatly and efficiently, of production areas. Diligent cleanup of work areas required.
4. Running errands and driving company truck to make local purchases as directed.
5. Grounds keeping including mowing, weed whacking, removing snow and ice, and salting, as is seasonally required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
