The Alaska Cleaning Company is growing in Anchorage, and we're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Cleaning Lead. This role mixes hands-on cleaning with light supervision, keeping our standards high and our team on track in homes and offices across Anchorage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean residential homes and office spaces with precision and efficiency.
• Supervise and check the work of team members to make sure company standards are met.
• Train new team members and give ongoing guidance to staff.
• Inspect cleaned areas for completeness before leaving each job.
• Report issues or areas needing attention and suggest ways to improve our cleaning process.

Ideal Candidate:

• Professional cleaning experience with a proven track record of consistent quality.
• Cleans quickly and efficiently without cutting corners.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Supervisory or lead cleaner experience preferred.
• Great time management and the ability to motivate others.
• Reliable transportation to get to jobs around Anchorage.

Trial Period:

This position includes a 90-day trial period, during which your performance and fit with our team will be evaluated. Continued employment depends on meeting the performance expectations set at the start of the trial.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning and supervising roles, especially in residential and office settings.
• Proven track record of reliability.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
