Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, corridors, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Dispose of waste responsibly, ensuring bins are emptied regularly and recycling protocols are followed.
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet rolls, and other consumables to ensure continuous availability.
• Follow health and safety guidelines meticulously during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisor for swift resolution.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and consistency across all areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning and Airbnb work is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Good physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends as needed.
