Cleaning Operative

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure continuous cleanliness
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
• Maintain a tidy storage of cleaning tools and materials
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
• Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with team members and clients
• Basic driving skills are preferred to facilitate movement between different sites if required
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
